Talks and executive off-sites on leadership, strategy, and the nerve it takes to lead well.
Most of my talks come back to one question: how an established company changes itself before the market does it for them. I have spoken to leadership teams, at summits, and to executive students on the TRIUM programme and at HEC Paris and NYU Stern. Off-sites run from half a day to four days, and where they happen is part of the design: the place is chosen for what the team needs to work on. I try not to send people home comfortable, just a little more honest with themselves.
