For close to two decades, I sat in senior and board-level seats at Mastercard, UBS and Le Pain Quotidien, creating, transforming and expanding businesses across the US, Brazil, Asia and Europe. Earlier, I ran and restructured Sip-Well Germany through its acquisition by Danone. Somewhere in there, advising people became the work I cared about most.
A company rarely grows past the person leading it. That’s why this work is never only about the business.
