Short version: this site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking of any kind. The long version is below, because a claim like that should be checkable.

What is actually stored
One item, in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie:

It holds the value 1 and nothing else. It contains no identifier, it is never sent to a server, and it cannot be used to recognise you anywhere.
Why there is no consent banner asking permission
Under the ePrivacy rules, consent is required before storing anything on your device that is not strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Analytics, advertising and cross-site tracking all need consent. Remembering that you dismissed a notice does not: it exists only to carry out your own instruction.
So there is a notice rather than a consent request, and it makes no claim to have obtained your permission for anything. If tracking is ever added to this site, that stops being true, and a real consent mechanism with a genuine reject option has to come with it.
Cookies set by others
None. The site embeds no video players, no social widgets, no maps, no fonts loaded from a third-party domain, and no chat tools. Typefaces are served from this site’s own domain, so no font provider sees your IP address.
Links out to LinkedIn are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from LinkedIn until you choose to follow one, and at that point their policies apply, not this one.
Removing it
Clearing site data in your browser removes it. On most browsers that is under Settings, Privacy, then clearing browsing data for this site. The notice will simply appear once more on your next visit.
