This starts with a decision, not a signature.
At the end of a Deep Dive, you decide whether you want me in your corner for a year, and I decide whether I can have your back the way I mean it. Only if both are true.
A year, meeting every few weeks. This is where most of my work happens. Not a stack of meetings, a steady private space to think clearly, lead deliberately, and build a company that looks like your best thinking. Growing in a way you can actually stand behind. Recent work includes a CEO leading a three-country industrial group through a generational transition, and a founder at the very start of a fashion brand.
