What this site is

It describes the ways of working with Menno Dellisse and gives a way to get in touch. That is its whole purpose.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract. An engagement begins only when both sides have signed a written agreement covering scope, fees and terms. Fees shown as “on request” are exactly that: no price on this site is a quotation.

Not advice

The content here is general information about a professional practice. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for advice given by a qualified professional who knows your situation. Do not act on anything here without taking advice appropriate to your own circumstances.

Descriptions of past work and the recommendations published here describe particular engagements with particular people. They are not a promise, a projection, or any indication of what a future engagement will achieve. Results depend on factors well outside anyone’s control.

Accuracy

Reasonable care goes into keeping this site accurate and current, but it is provided as it stands. No warranty is given that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. The site may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Your side of it

When using this site, please do not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches anyone’s rights;
• submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to send, including other people’s personal data;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, probe it for vulnerabilities, or interfere with how it works for anyone else;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest or overload it, or use it to send bulk or unsolicited messages.

Responsible disclosure is welcome and is not covered by the restriction above: if you find a security problem, please report it to menno@grwr.co rather than exploiting it, and allow reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and the GRWR mark on this site belong to GROWER SRL or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read the site, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, or use it to train a model, without written permission.

Client names, logos and recommendations are published with the permission of the people and companies concerned, and remain their property. Third-party book covers shown in the reading list belong to their respective publishers and are shown for reference only.

Links to other sites are given for convenience. Those sites are not controlled from here, and no responsibility is taken for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GROWER SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights Belgian and EU consumer law gives you, and nothing here reduces them.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as set out in the privacy policy, and storage on your device is covered by the cookie policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of the page.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall to the courts of Brussels, Belgium. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
